i need to film several scenes in the rain. how can i make 'fake' rain? i know there are rain machines out there but i'd rather not go to the expense. if they're cheap then great bu i doubt they are. so how can i simulate a rainy night without holding a hose over the actors?

    Hey there.

What's wrong with using a hose?

Wet down location (using a hose) Take a few peices of thin pipe, drill holes down one side then fix the hose to one end. Set them up above the frame and Robert's your mums sisters love slave.

    Despin out.

Or, if that seems like too much hassle, come film in Ireland-any day of the year.
